The new product and capability is a process where plastic and silicone are molded together in one machine. The original molding process is plastic injection + artificial + silicone product as the steps of integrating the molding process.
The process simultaneously achieves the combination and integration of molding plastic and liquid silicone, which is a dual-material injection process. It can reduce production steps, increase yield, and significantly enhance production efficiency and product quality.
The silicone button can still be laser etched with clear silicone detailing the icons for back lighting and also be painted in any color.
